I had an appointment this morning. This was the best vision appointment I can remember having. Everyone was super helpful and genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. My exam was throughly done by Dr. Kristy Mahl I believe and Sean the sales associate helped me out tremendously. Even the first person who did the first part was great. Didn't get her name. Thumbs all the way up for this location. Thentoday i had to come back because i was missing a pair of glasses and my dog had damaged a pair of my glasses. I was assisted by John and he was very helpful. I dont even know if i should let you know exactly how they helped me, but lets just say strings were pulled. Ver satisfied.

When you go in ask to see Ms.Tracey! Her attention to detail, conversations and love for what she does including the people she engages with is top tier! She took the time to engage with me in conversations, not just about the glasses, but about life and what type of glasses including the transitions Id need to best fit my lifestyle!!! Meeting Ms.Tracey made my day! I walked out with new frames to be ordered and a new friend inside Americas Best! Not to add, Her professionalism is TOP TEIR!
