I give this store top marks in selection, quality, and particularly in customer service. Wedding the next day? Not a problem, they will tailor your new pants so that you can wear them the next day. I have shopped multiple Jos. A Banks locations all throughout the southeast for years, I have also used this store for several years, and every time the customer service is at this location is excellent. EVERY TIME. The employees are all great, but I must give a shout-out to Ms. Octavia Royster (assistant manager) for her consistently awesome customer service and advice when selecting attire. This store is fairly easy to reach from multiple street entrances, plenty of parking. Thanks, Jos. A. Banks for being such an excellent store for so many years.

You definitely get what you pay for. The clothing may not be cheap price wise but it is a fair price for the quality of the clothing. The suits, dress shirts and ties look like new after a few years and you can't say that about very many labels or name brands. I would encourage any man to make Jos. A Bank their first stop.
