Hi, my name Noelle Dawson my experience at Platos closet was terrible. At first when I brought my items to sell at first they reviewed my items and everything. Then, when I was waiting they wouldnt go through my items because they wanted me to leave at first but I told them I had some where to go so I ended up waiting 2 hours. So when I came back in the employees were very rude so the girl with the glasses called me a sir because I asked her what was wrong with the shoes so I felt like she was discriminating because I am African American . After this happened I took so more items in and they were brand new with tags. So now they have blackballed me and wont take any items from me!

First time selling clothes with this place, and I will never return or refer anyone. $25 for a pair uggs sandals in the box never worn, two fashion nova dresses, never worn, and a pair of vans that my daughter maybe wore once. Smh I would have been better off just taking this to the Goodwill and writing it off on my taxes
