        Why they can't help me at the store ? I was trying to call loyalty number no body answer I went to store and show that I am still online and no one answering the manager said that they can't disconnect the line at the store ok I get that but who can help if loyalty number not answering and store can't help.

        Second time going in, the first time was just worse and I say I would rather use a computer then talk to anyone in that store, They are no help and the lady that hooked my phone up whatever she did i couldn't get into my account I didn't know my password or the email that it said my account was under im through with Verizon after 6 years no more
