if I could rate a 0 star I would my issue was 2021 was trying to sell my xbox360 and games with it not only did I have original Xbox series games I also had Xbox360 games too They weren't scratched I used the system on my xbox360 only a few times runs amazingly. And has 0 problems So your employees at pop vault reviewed my stuff like said the xbox360 was a old model sometimes running wifi on it was complications but worked I know its not a system. Problem I used my phones Mobile Hotspot which is worse then at home wifi or any wifi and it worked so its not the system it's your rude mannered employees who don't have a education in electronics department im mad cause this stuff is well worth it and they turned it down like it was junk humiliated me for something you guys told you buy old same systems it's false advertising if they turn down a good running xbox360 they turned me down and I feel based on my opinion they weren't only rude but false advertising if they declined a system I can prove the system isn't the problem te only thing they said was wrong with it was the wifi that isn't the case my mobile Hotspot worked on my xbon360 meaning it picked up a signal and worked fine in that category The classic games Xbox series old and Xbox 460 games they told me they were scratched or had. Scratchedls I seen none and everyone I know backed it up it had 0 scratched haven't been played before lot of them haven't some has been but lot were worth a lot Hasn't been touched a bit and I think it's totally wrong to not give a offer even if it had 1 problem but my system had 0 problems and my games was just fine it's your employees who were just stuck up and rude mannered I wish I could speaked to a main Boss about this cause this incident was a insult to me many people who have had issue with this company
