image I have been a patient of Premier Care for Women for many years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the support staff as well as the doctors. My new physician, Sujatha Reddy is amazing! Thank you Dr. Reddy for always asking the right questions, taking the time to get to know me and listening to my concerns.

image I cant leave a zero star review so, this is as low as I can go. Let me start with this. My girlfriend is an employee of Northside Medical and she has been treated with negligence in the fact of she is in constant pain and waiting for a call back for a surgical appointment for a hysterectomy. The understanding was she would be called back within a couple of days of her initial appointment. Its been 2 weeks and have not heard anything after repeated calls and messages even from the surgical advocate. This is a clear case of negligence and absolutely zero care for their patients and well being. Dr. Millers team is rude and disrespectful! Run far, far away from this practice and look elsewhere! She is currently searching for another practice that will hopefully care about her well being and the hysterectomy she so dearly needs!! I will also be making a formal report to the Georgia Secretary of States Office due to negligence!!

image Im excited and happy to say that I am currently looking for another OB/GYN practice!
All that to say, this is not the one, and Im running far away from this one. After nearly a decade of negligence, the grading and comments/demeanors, miss information, lack of responsiveness and respectfulness, Im over it. No one needs to subject themselves to their type of disgusting behavior, 70% being from the office staff and the other 30% being from very awful doctors in their practice specifically from my experience, Dr. Reddy. She told me that all my concerns essentially had nothing behind them, and that because she saw nothing that there was nothing or would even say yeah, sometimes of the thing, but would not acknowledge how consistent those pains or discomfort were when I tried to switch doctors their practice made me see her two more times and continue to tell me just stick it out youll be fine its ok it took me pleading with them, and too many calls to count later with crying for them to actually switch my doctor. From that I shouldve already just known to leave the practice, but I thought having a better Doctor Who would listen to me and actually do her job like she was trying to do what outweigh all the other concerns and awful experiences that I had with the practice especially from their office, staff, office supervisor, and practice supervisor but it didnt. I just want everyone to know their worth and know how to be treated in a place of medical facility. If your concerns are not heard if your concerns are not documented then they do not care and that is called negligence and malpractice which is what they love to do here as you can read and any Other reviews throughout any of the other platforms you will see the same concerns that I have the other women also have, which is just so sad and unfortunate. Even if you read the good reviews, still say things about the awful office, staff treatment or about how parking is completely full all the time and makes you late for your appointments and they dont allow you to be seeing anymore even after you pay for the parking that you have to pay for since theres no other parking around here, or even the missed signage that they have on the buildings when finding the right suite. I dont know how they are still practicing or how they even have money to practice, but I truly think its just because they have a great location by all these other hospitals, so people think that this is either a good practice because of their location or I dont know it just doesnt make sense. Please just be well informed before coming to this practice and truly consider if your overall mental and physical health is worth sacrificing for this practice because they do not treat you the way that they should/that doctors are trained to be especially in this field. Considering pregnancy and childbirth I am so excited to run far away from this practice, because I could never trust him with that much responsibility in my life.
