Peachtree Women's Specialists

My appointment here included my annual visit and some blood work (as a new patient). This location is the most convenient from my home, but I heard good things about the doctors at this practice so decided to give it a shot. Front staff was friendly and helpful, had no issues with checking in/checking out for my appointment. I saw Dr. Babaliaros for my annual and she was super personable while also making sure I was informed as much as possible. Blood draw was uneventful and quick, which is all you can really ask for. Overall, my experience with all of the staff here was very positive, and Im glad to have found a great provider in the area!

cant say If its the whole staff but who ever answers the phone is terrible. I called to schedule an appointment and received the run around. Only to be told I need to have my old records transferred over first, the doctor will review then reach out to me to make an appointment. What??????? Completely unheard of smh. Mind you I received a referral from my PCP. No worries Im over piedmont entirely. Would not recommend

Dr. B and Dr. Harmon were great. Dr. B is funny and personable as hell! I felt very comfortable; the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Terrible customer service experience that I am still having to take care of two months later due to their lack of any attention to detail. My appointment was input incorrectly so I was called thirty minutes prior to be told they are not sure if insurance will cover the procedure or what it will cover. I was told to leave without payment and they would be in contact with me. My insurance was put in incorrectly by Peachtree Women's Specialists on three separate occasions to where I am now having to go through the billing department separately as the claims were rejected due to my name being spelled incorrectly and policy number incorrect. Despite having emailed and scanned my driver's license and insurance card on three separate occasions. A procedure that was already nerve wrecking to begin with was made even worse by clerical errors threatening financial responsibility despite being properly insured. I would not recommend this location to any patient.
