Nisha Mims and the whole staff up to Mr. Monge himself took very good care of me even when the insurance company was taking months to send the settlement check they went out their way to ensure I got my part of the settlement and relieved me from my stress of just having a newborn baby and waiting and waiting for the insurance company to send the check! Great work!

This was my worst experience ever with an attorney's office. They did not represent me AT ALL!!!! It seems that they were working for the insurance company vs. me as a client. They had absolutely no fight. The communication was beyond poor. It was several weeks to months that passed without me hearing anything regarding my case. WARNING: Please DO NOT HIRE them to represent you or you will be highly disappointed.

Its the most lamest firm. Do not use them they work with the insurance company . Marissa fish and Kristina is terrible and unprofessional. They don't reply to emails. They say things like I'm going to get a offer of 150000 then turn around and say but He's not going to give it to you in the same sentence. Or I'll ask for 60000 on the second offer then say but he won't give it to you. How do they know what the adjuster will and won't do if they're not working with them? They want you to do all they work like get the police report etc They wouldnt send me my whole case file they only sent med record a case file consist of more than just med records. They do things like say they mailed your case files on December the 21 when they actually got the mailing address on the 23rd of December. It's January 5 and I still haven't received them. When I ask to speak with someone higher rank than them (boss) they hang up on you. Don't waste your time with them there are low energy vampires .
