My son was involved in a bicycle accident in 2021 caused by another (negligent) bicycle rider. Mr. Tobin took my son's case and gave it the serious consideration warranted by my son's very severe injuries to both hands. Even though things were significantly delayed in the courts due to COVid, Mr. Tobin developed a plan and stuck to it. He guided my son and pulled in appropriate witnesses (including me) to build a very strong case for the jury to consider.
