Ive had 4 different people say that they are suppose to be representing me but now I dont think anyone is on my case. Every time I call I never hear from them. Its been close to a year since I opened my case with them and I have no idea whats going on. Hopefully I can update this post with some good news.. as of now. . This has been a horrible experience. UPDATE: I became their client about 1.5 YEARS AGO. I still have not heard anything from this firm. UPDATE: 6/30/22 Mr.Donte called me a week ago when this post was updated. He was very professional and assured me that my paralegal would reach out to me. Apparently she reached out and I missed the call while at work. Today he provided me with her personal work number. I pray that we can resolve the suit soon. Instead of 1 star I now gave them 2 but it is strictly from Donte. Hopefully I will be updating this review with the final solution. UPDATE: My case is now settled. It settled today on 6/14/23. I would recommend this firm you just have to be patient.

I have had the absolute best support from the team at Bey & Associates. My case was handled in a timely manner and my case manager Tyauna communicated with me every step of the way. I was able to focus on recovery and get back to my normal routine without any concerns thanks to Bey & Associates.
