This was the worst Tailoring experience I have ever had. I gave this guy 2 pairs of pants that were made perfect for me. I was going to have pant by Dec. 5 2020, then on Christmas Day. I had events scheduled. He never delivered, and when he did they were not complete. If you want to be seriously disappointed and have clothes made that wont fit, go to this guy. He never earned my business. There were no missed appointments, just Lies, about everything, and then he Blamed me for Him missing the Deadlines he promised.

Excellent customer service, personable, professional and finished my dress alteration earlier than mentioned! I will go back for future alterations and will recommend to others.

Was very excited to support a local tailor that upon meeting displayed a high acumen for customer service and high level satisfaction... I was disappointed.
Dropped off two sport coats for alterations on Dec. 7th and was told they would be ready on Dec. 11th. After several trips and several discussions, I finally got my coats on January 23rd. The cost for his work was $300, I was given a discount of $50 in which he states was a deal considering the amount of work that went into altering two Old English Coats.
Pros:
Tony is a charismatic and personable guy who makes you feel at home upon entry.
Great location
Cons:
Lacks business etiquette
Doesnt take responsibility for inconveniencing his clients.
Doesnt honor his word
Finished work is decent at most
Remember, this was my personal experience and I dont wish Mr. Tony any hardship... as I pray your experience is better.... and I hope that his business prospers in all phases.
