Worst Customer Service Ever!! I ordered one hot milk tea with bubble, took it home and found no bubble there. I called them back, and the manager told me that to get a new one, there are 3 requirements: 1. I must have the paper receipt. Without it, even though I have the paper cup with a stick label (with order number and what I ordered) and even though I have the transaction recorded in my App, they can’t do anything. 2. I shouldn’t drink any of the tea. This is hilarious. If I didn’t drink it, how would I know there is no bubble? 3. I have to come back to the store the same day. Who will drive back just for the bubble which is worth 50 cents? The manager explained that some people come to the store with a receipt faking that there was a problem to ask for a new one, and that’s why the policy is like this. I was really hurt by this. As a current GSU student, I’m not rich but I don’t do things like that!!
