The drinks are very mediocre and not worth those prices.

This is the worst Boba tea place I have ever been to. They made me a hibiscus tea that was very very sour. I asked them to remake it, but they refused. And asked that I pay for another tea instead. I was highly insulted. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I paid over $7 for that drink, just to throw it away bc it was not edible. I will never support this business again.

The mall stand of gongcha does not make quality drinks. Location that was in Sandy springs, and honestly all the stand alone locations are much better. we asked for a brown sugar black milk tea with milk foam and she said its not milk tea you want number 8?? Or 5?? Its not milk tea and we said we wanted to add milk foam and stared at us when we said this. I got a coffee milk tea with less sugar and ice, but was still given full cup of ice, but almost no sweetness. Very bitter drink. Id avoid the kiosk stand if possible

This place is cozy warm an absolutely delicious. It was just what I needed while I waited for my ride. Thank you for great service and hospitality. I went here 4/30/23. I specifically ordered a drink and when I received the wrong one and asked to get it fixed she told me I was wrong and tried to gaslight me into thinking I had ordered the wrong one which I would have never done. Then when she finally fixed it it was not right and blended horribly so I was chewing whole ice cubes in a drink that was supposed to be a slush. It would have cost her nothing to be kind and fix my drink but I stead she had to be rude and unlikable. If I was the company I would fire her just based off her poor costumer service because other than that the drink was good besides the weird ice cubes.
