Fifth Third Bank & ATM

I've been working with Michael Mariner for about 2 months now. Excellent banker and extremely dedicated to his job and clients. He's handled multiple accounts of mine: business, credit and personal. Any time I have an issue or question with a new account or service, I just give him a call and he's always able to assist. I highly recommend anyone to work with him.

I've been a Fifth Third Bank customer since 2007. I started banking with them when I lived in the Chicagoland Area and have always been pleased with them. However when I relocated to Atlanta recently, and encountered the CONSISTENT "over the top good" Customer Service front the Tellers and Branch Manager. It reconfirmed for me that this is the bank for me. I think they have truly MASTERED the Art of making you feel like you are the only customer even though you know that you're not. And what's even more interesting is that they do this at a branch that is in a grocery store setting. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST - thank you, thank you, thank you.

I never do reviews like this, however, I would not be able to live with myself if I did not offer my testimony to how extraordinary the level of service was that I received from Michael Mariner and 5/3rd bank! Mr. Mariner, without hesitation went above and beyond to satisfy myself and my business. He is attentive & solution-driven, as well as eager and apt to use his broad knowledge of financial devices and services to develop the maximum solution that is needed for me and my business. Above all, his dedication to the client as well as his consistent application of class and decorum (in every interaction) have won my loyalty as a customer and has made me a fan of the brand! 5 STARS!!!

My wife and I recently switched to Fifth Third from another large bank and we've been very pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, expertise and service from the bank. In particular, the folks at this branch. Michael Mariner is a great banker and truly cares about his customers' needs. He went above and beyond for us in a recent loan transaction and it didn't go unnoticed by us. It's evident that 5/3 truly exceeds expectations for its clients.

I dealt with Micheal and what should have taken 10 minutes to do a simple wire transfer .....it took over 3 hours...i was then told by Micheal that he PROMISED to call me back within 60 minutes to let me know the wire transfer had been done......2 hours later i am calling the bank (which the number is disconnected)....then called the # on his card.....which goes directly to voicemail.......so i was forced to drive back to the branch.....as soon as he saw me he said "your wire transfer went thru".....i said to him "why did you not call me it would have taken 10 seconds"???.....he looked at me and said "i was busy"....not even an apology ........Micheal is the most incompetent-unprofessinal banker i have ever dealt with.....and because of his incompetence i will be shutting down my 5th 3rd account ..
