Previously, I had stopped coming to this location as I felt that it the customer service was not up to par. Recently, I was in Publix and I needed to visit a SunTrust in regards to a few account problems. I had a good experience so I have started going to this location again. The other day I had one of the best experiences at this location with a young man named Craig. He was so patient and did not rush me. He took the time to answer my questions in a way that I could understand. He was with another young man who also seemed pleasant; however, I did not get his name. This location has really turned around recently.

Madeline has a horrible attitude. She kept complaining to her coworker about how she hates her job right in front of a long line of customers. I’m sorry your job sucks but please don’t let use as customers feel uncomfortable because of that.

I had to comment that i love this branch and especially Deshunta. She helped me get a new cc this week and had to track me down and help print off stuff. She offered to stay later if I needed. Called me with answers. I just thought she was helpful so I wanted to say THANK YOU!!!!

They lost my paperwork to get my credit card and didn't bother to tell me until I called almost a week later to find out why I still hadn't received my credit card. I then had to come back in to redo all of my paperwork and the girl working there promised me that they would overnight my card and I would receive it the next day. Next day rolls around and, yet again, no card. I spoke to the manager and she said that it would've been impossible for me to get it next day now and the girl that was working there lied to her manager and said she had never told me any of those things. The manager said that she would cancel the card and return all of my money into my account next day. That was 2 days ago now and I have yet to receive any money and now she won't call me back either. I just want my money back that she was supposed to transfered into my account yesterday!! This is the absolute worst service I have ever had!!!! I am so disapointed in SunTrust!
