The community is pretty much normal. There are things that could be better. I think moving forward with the new take over with Avana thing are changing. Buildings are getting painted. They are pressure washing the balconies and breezeway. The only downside of that is the valet trash pickup. I think they should do away with it. Because the company they use isn’t consistent. Plus, it leave the breezeway trashy and smelly. I hate bring company over because of all the smell and dripping from the liquid from the trash. I think they should look into a better way of doing the trash pickup.

If I could leave a 0 star I would , so unprofessional I received a quote on an apartment and I applied the same day did everything how they needed then they just decided to send me a lease with a higher rent charge , after speaking to 2 leasing agents that told me the price wouldn’t change several times they call me and tell me manager “ there was nothin g they could do “ I have no idea how you can charge someone more giving them a set price very very unprofessional I will definitely be reaching out to the ownership group on this matter .

There's a rock holding up a pipe in the water heater closet. Seems not normal. I was worried about a leak coming from the closet. They came and put lock on the door. Good thing i took pictures. Is it moldy in there? I don't know. So if i get sick... I have been over charged 5 of the 6th months ive been staying here. Ive missed mail and then saw how the mail box doors were opened so anyones mail could have beem tamper with. I've asked about the saftey hazard broken stairs...that crumbled in my 1st month and they said they were making the rounds to fix it. Still waiting. All the staff arent bad but I have had some condescending attitude when I was asking about the gate that keeps breaking. My fob has not worked the entire time on all doors.... i barely use it now. But, you gotta pay for it...and if you move in just know youre required to pay for certain things they wont mention in advertising. Like $90 dollar cable commissions...thats after paying at and t cable company. $35 a month for washer and dryer....

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management is absolutely unprofessional. For starters, my unit wasn’t even “move in” ready. Multiple appliances were broken. Washer and dryer broken and dish washer smelled really bad and leaked all over the kitchen once it was ran for a first cycle. I complained to management for a whole month until I mentioned I wasn’t paying anything until everything was fixed. As soon as I said that, they immediately sent maintenance over to fix everything that was broken. Also, for serval months I have made numerous noise complaints and nothing has been done about it. Parking is also terrible!! For the amount I pay for this unit is NOT worth it. I was recommended by a friend who use to be a former resident and he gave a good review. I wish I would have done more research. Take your money and go elsewhere!!
