This is not the place you want to stay at keep looking. Yes the units are updated somewhat but I was walking my dog today and seen this at one of the newly renovated buildings. These are the type of things I’ve been experiencing since I moved In. People laying their clothes out to dry over the balcony. If you have a downstairs unit be ready for your neighbors to be on your back patio and front porch like it’s theirs. Several people live in one unit I guess that’s how there able to afford the rent. They put families with children on top units so all you will here is stomping. There is no pool the gate doesn’t work and the traffic is heavy. I really thought Brookhaven was a nice area but I must be on the wrong side I can’t believe I’m stuck here for a year. Please you all don’t do it you will regret living here.

Just moved into new unit everything looks up to date. They are going to fix all the apartments. They are also working on outside to up date the property. But they allow 10 people living in a unit at a time. I've been attacked by my neighbor twice in 2 months. They dont care about their tents just money. We had to call the cops several times. I wouldn't suggest anyone renting here. We've tried to talk to management several times. Nothing is done. They is alot of abandon vehicles and work Van's every where also over sized.
