Do not apply here!!! They will take your money and tell you lies!!! They do not return phone calls and the woman who works in the office named Jocelyn Wright is very misleading with information. I was told if I paid off a debt from a gas company that I owed a long, long time ago that I could come in and sign a lease for an apartment that I had applied for. If I could leave ZERO stars, then I would!!! There is not a corporate office for you to complain to. I just threw $600 out of the window in application fees and then $200 In "ADMIN" fees, plus paying off my old debt. I even offered to apply with a co-signer. I want my ADMIN fees refunded please!!! AWFUL!!!

Wow after reading the reviews its so true! Im trying to schedule a tour, Im interested in leasing here but they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! Ive called over 10 times my goodness!

I've lived at MC Kiser Lofts for almost two years and I love it! I enjoy living in the city where everything is near. The rooftop is amazing!!!! My only issue since I've been here was the the overflowing of the trash. However as of recently the apartments now offer valet trash!!! The staff is always friendly and move quickly to resolve any issues that I may have.
