As other reviews have pointed out they'll deny you even if you meet the criteria and keep your money. They their warning to heart. I wish I did.

They are also refusing to give us the money back that we deposited and these deposits you pay are only subject for payment upon approval. I have researched and they are supposed to refund if the landlord changes their mind. They have taken nearly $1000 from us and only offered back $150. They are refusing to contact me and keep saying the manager is out of office but Ive been trying to reach the manager since yesterday around 3PM.

This place has racially profiled me as well as my potential roommates, we will not be staying here and id advise for african americans to not support or live in this complex.

I was unjustly denied despite meeting all of the criteria. I believe it was racial factors involved. They were out of office for three hours at a time and would not take calls and always had excuses. I have recordings of what was said where they said we should be fine and I also have written logs of what was happening. Im currently in contact with GA fair housing and am filing a complaint.
