Has been their resident for over 5 years now. Excellent customer service. My requests getting resolved exceptionally. I appreciate that Criss and Larry go out of their way to promptly come and repair all my emergencies. Never had a better experience

I had to stop by and Write a review. I have been looking for a places for months and it has been very difficult. I came across 1105 Town Brookhaven Apartment and was very satisfied, from the amazing location to the amazing tour guide. The credit definitely goes to Khalil G, he was outstanding went above and beyond for me. He was very welcoming, I didn't feel like a stranger at all. I pray everything go as planned . I definitely would love to call this place home. Thank you for the Great Customer Service.

Stumbled upon this property by accident, but luckily we did. I’m currently in the process of relocating with my best friend, and we toured 1105 Town Brookhaven and are in love. The leasing agent Khalil was super nice and we joked about not being sure where to go because it was his first day. Overall the property is clean with modern features and great amenities. The price of the apartment that we seen was just a tad bit over what we are looking to pay, but still one of our top picks thus far.
