Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Have been waiting TWO WEEKS for a replacement back card. Has been expedited twice and failed to arrive both times. Horrible customer service and the employees lie to your face.

They proved again, today, why no one should EVER go inside this branch. One teller, long line, and two "bankers" standing around, unable to answer customer questions (call this 800 number, they will "help" you) when they should have helped the English-challenged teller. The drive up ATM is the only reason to do business here.

Branch manager did not know how to process a foreign cheque. I was told he did not have access to foreign currency and that I would have to wait 2 weeks for him to maybe get access or go to a different bank 40 minutes away. This is the first time Ive had trouble of this sort with a foreign cheque. I thought BofA was a bank with international capabilities but it seems they are skipping. Closing my account ASAP
