    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had NAFFCO install my LVP kitchen floor approximately 1 year ago. There were issues during the install (the workers wanted to install it on top of my uneven, damaged and in some places - missing- 1980 linoleum) but eventually - after a phone call to the service dept; the workers ripped up the linoleum and installed the floor. I had to have them come back another day when I noticed that many of the trim cuts were uneven or poorly done. Finally, the floor was complete. They recommended a specific cleaner (Bona). OK - but lately I'd started to notice that it wasn't really getting the floor clean. There are no children in the house, so it really isn't getting that dirty, but the Bona just wasn't doing it. I stopped into the store on a Saturday (3-5-22) and spoke to Dean. First, he couldn't find my order in the 'system'. Then, when he found it - he stated that it didn't say who the mfgr of the floor was, so he couldn't contact them. I told him that it was Stanton, because that's the warranty stuff they sent me. He told me he 'doubted it' because, in his words "he didn't think they made LVP flooring" regardless of the info that THEY sent me. He said he'd call me on Mon. That call never happened. I waited until Wednesday; and called. He stated that he still hadn't been able to find out who manufactured my flooring (THAT NAFFCO INSTALLED). I reiterated that it was Stanton; and he again doubted me. Did not hear anything for the rest of the week, so I stopped back into the store on Saturday, 3-12-22. Dean was not there, so I left a msg with the salesperson who was there. On Monday 3-14-22; Dean called me stating that he had no way of contacting the manufacturer (of flooring that they sell); and all that he can recommend is Bona (even though it is not cleaning the floor) and he cannot help me any further. I felt that it was a very rude and unprofessional way of dealing with a customer and will never recommend them to anyone.

    My wife and I had decided to do hardwood throughout our 3,000 sf home, and decided on Naffco in Carrollwood after several meetings with Dean Webb who was most knowledgeable and ready to assist us. We got a good deal on our beautiful wood selection and Dean walked us through the process, with tips we used that he learned in his many years in the business. He went above and beyond as well with personally driving from Tampa to Jacksonville one early morning in order to ensure we received our baseboards on time for the install. We both strongly recommend Naffco and please ask for Dean to help you.

    Naffco recently installed tile flooring at my house and I recommend them, and specifically the representative- Dean Webb. His trustworthiness and professionalism solidified my decision to choose Naffco. Dean provides transparent, fair pricing and he has been so patient, informative and helpful throughout the process. I described what I envisioned, and Dean took the time to help select the most beautiful tile and grout which fits my vision perfectly. Things never go exactly as planned with renovations- thats just the way it is. The difference between a fly by night company and Naffco is that the people with Naffco will do everything possible to make it right. The average sales rep moves along once the sale is done, but Dean is so much more than that. When I had concerns regarding the install, he remained in communication with me and his management team to ensure everything was resolved. Deans attentiveness and extraordinary customer service is very impressive! I also appreciate that the project manager, Gil, maintained contact to ensure things were handled. He spent a lot of time overseeing everything, and he even helped the installers move heavy pieces of furniture. When I needed help outside of Gils and Deans realm, the operations manager, Michele, stepped in. Michele took the time to listen patiently, she communicated professionally and she treated me with respect. My concerns were addressed, a fair resolution was offered, and then they followed through- that is what matters!!! Thank you to Naffco for being a reputable, trustworthy company and for treating me like a valuable customer! I love my floors and I am grateful for all of the hard work and dedication that went into achieving this beautiful result!
