I agree if I could give them a 0 I would. Most of the installation was fine but follow up on customer service was no existent to the fact that first it was responses of i'll be back out to not returning any calls. after a year I decided to try again and actually got him on the pone. He said he'd be out and to no surprise he never sowed up. I'm dong the leg work to get my blinds ans shutters repaired but it appears it will now cost me more money to do that when he should have taken care of his mistakes to begin with.

Guy is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. Promised delivery was 7 weeks, it is now 12 weeks and he will not return calls or emails. Countless attempts to get an update with very little in the way of communication. Don't trust this company!

This company is a complete scam. Guy Murray took $1400 cash and promised installation in 4 weeks. It has now been 5 months, he doesn't answer or return calls and his "receptionist" says that Guy is the owner and there is no one else to contact.

Do NOT use "Guy" for your blinds. He came on 10/12/16 and said our blinds would be ready in 3 weeks. He asked for a $700 deposit check and left me with what seemed to be a professional invoice. He will not return any calls or texts now and it is 12/14/16...this is a total scam.

Very UPSET (disgruntle costumer) with the lack of costumer service I have received since placing my order, and the Company cashing my Deposit. I have called on a daily basis, to both Guy Morris which did my consultation and who I place my ordered, with not even the courtesy of a phone call to let me know my ordered is delayed or date/time of installation. I have only talked to the receptionist which every single time states, "I cannot reach anyone at this time, will mark this message urgent and some one will get back to you today". I am 8 month pregnant and was promise a 3 week turn around time from order to installation and that was why I placed my ordered with the company. Going on a week and half with no phone call updating the costumer on her order.
