Will never return to this HD. Very disappointing experience with a moving truck rental. I was overcharged beyond the cost that was originally discussed and represented on the signed contract. Upon returning the truck, I was issued an updated contract that reflected fees and a higher cost not represented on the initial contract. I was also informed that I would be refunded a specific amount to my original form of payment, which I was instead charged. After days of calling, the store approved a refund check which I waited weeks to receive. There has been no acknowledgement on the store's end of their false advertising the cost of the truck rental, changing and up-charging the contract, and then proceeding to charge me yet again. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for truck rentals...there is no honesty or care for customers here.
