      image Poor service every visit. Then decide to close 20 mins early after waiting in line saying the car in front of you was the last one. Probably wont visit this location again as it hasnt changed its poor service in years.

      image Forgot my cookie, fries, nuggets, and fish all either cold, over cooked, or tastes like oil needs to be changed. Highly disappointed. We don't frequent often and then when I give it a try, I regret it. Threw entire 10-piece nugget meal and a fish sandwich meal (after one bite) in the trash. Tried calling multiple times and go figure, can't get through; line's busy. Probably with other customers calling to complain. So over spending money here.

      image I stopped going to this wendys because of the awful customer service. Went again last week praying for a positive visit. I was assisted by the manager and it was great. Much better customer and the food was good! Hoping they keep it up!

      image It's Saturday night before 8 PM and the lobby is closed? Come on, the lobby shouldn't be closed before 10 PM on a weekend for one. The drive thru line is going around building and the wait time is more 30 minutes before you can even order. Is this fast food or a restaurant? I know I could go to a restaurant and get served much quicker.
