        We have been trying to work with this company for four months. Each technician that visited us told us something different. Every proposal we were sent was filled with errors. Weeks went by between site visits, proposals being sent, and subsequent site visits scheduled. The delays were ridiculous. Numerous phone and e mail messages had been ignored. All of this was after paying hundreds of dollars up front. Now I'm told that it will be weeks before I can get a refund. Stay away from this company!
