Excellent service! Lindsey Randall made my entire loan process very simple and got things completed quickly and efficiently! Some things were a bit diffuclt to deal with in the beginning no fault of anyone in particular, we were all simply moving to quickly and got ahead of ourselves! Once we got everything in order Ian and Bridget got me pre-approved and from that point on everything was smooth and happened on cue! I plan on doing more business in the near future with American mortgage because I am now able to trust that they will fight to get me the best rates possible with the least amount of $$ out of pocket! 10k gave me control of a 275k dollar asset with the help of American mortgage! Special shout out to Lindsey Randall, I can sometimes be a very difficult person to deal with but Lindsey stayed proffessional and efficient stayed personable and her ability to get things completed in a timely manner never faltered!
