Trash!!!! Do not deal with these people! Customer service is terrible, and you will never be able to reach anyone regarding anything. If you do reach someone, they will have no idea about your property or money. Potential buyers please do your homework and pick another builder Trust me!

the closing was fast and easy, clean environment and lots of parking. This review is only for DHI Title, not for DHi mortgage, it is another story

Working with DR Horton Sales was easy and a fabulous experience. The opposite can be said for their title company. I sent in a Disbursement Authorization, they refused to honor it. No big deal, its 2023 but they are still living in the 90s I guess. I asked to review the settlement statement, was told I would be able to but it was being reviewed by the lender. As soon as I got it ( 2 hours before closing) I reviewed it and it was incorrect. I immediately emailed for the correction and their refused to correct it. They proceeded to tell the buyer how much to wire (the incorrect amount) and the buyer ended up having the wrong amount. They are rude, refused to correct anything and simply told me to get it fixed outside of closing as the solution. They have no regard for the hoops I now have to jump through to get this fixed. Horrible horrible customer service, they simply don't care. If I could leave ZERO stars I would!
