Called customer service to confirm an item was in stock, I was told it was physically in stock. 5 days later it still has not shipped and finally they let me know they did not have it in stock and were waiting on the manufacturer to ship it, very dishonest. Would not recommend if you are on any sort of a schedule.

I had a very bad experience with a builder who was taking my home from a small rancher to a two story. I was left with a building unfinished inside and out. I had no choice but to finish the building myself. When looking at the front porch, I knew it was going to be a challenge. Looking on the internet I found AIC and the top half of the columns I knew would be the fit I was looking for. I made my own base's but he product I purchased could not have made my job easier. They were packed and shipped in perfect condition and the assembly was perfect by their instructions. I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered mahogany wainscoting for a new office I was building. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and the quality of the product. Installation went without a problem and the finished product looks great. Would definitely order from AIC again!

AIC Millworks provided a fantastic product in their PVC bead board. It was easy to work with, shipped in a timely manner, and will be impervious to the effects of moisture in the tiny bathroom I installed it in.
