        How do u say chapter 11? Yeah when the new owner bought the biz he had to change everything instead of running with the setup that was in place for over thirty years. Big mistake.

        Contacted them for a custom profile that I was trying to duplicate. They researched it, emailed me the profile, and when I asked price to make it I was told "sir, we do not sell to the public, you will have to contact a local lumber company to buy it" Really!!! If you couldn't deal with me why wouldn't you have just told me that during our first phone call!! And why do you have a public profile online that comes up when someone searches for custom millwork. Obviously wholesalers (who you claim you only deal with) dont need to do an internet search for companies like yours.
