After it taking a year to get a bathroom cast iron re-pipe and then remodel completed with two different contractors, we were extremely hesitant to hire yet a third contractor for our kitchen remodel. After an exhausting search, we came across Kraft Built, Inc. From the beginning design phase to the finished product, John Kraft was hands on. We had unique issues and John worked with us every step of the way to solve any and every concern we had. John is professional, trustworthy, fair, caring and passionate about his work. John communicates and gives updates about the progress of the work. We were never left wondering when we would see him again to work at our home. I had a checklist of things that needed done in my kitchen. John was very personable and had great communication with me. He worked with me to find solutions for everything. He kept the work area very neat. I am very happy with the work done; it was a professional job. I will definitely use Kraft Built again.
