I visited this bank today in order to cash a payroll check that was issued by GulfShore-Seacost Bank. I do not bank with them, but I had fraud on my regular acct at Chase and could not deposit it into my acct. Understandably the lobby was closed due to the Pandemic and I had to go through the drive through. The teller told me that they only cash checks in the lobby. I told him I have absolutely no money, but this check from my employer issued by GulfShore-Seacoast bank. I just adopted a dog in order to help out with the over population of the Humane Society and need to get him food. The teller then went on to ask me if I had a bank acct at another bank and also goes can’t you go to amscott. I am at a loss how I was treated during at this bank during this pandemic. You would expect people to be kind and helpful. Here I am back at home sitting with a paper check and no dog food. Thanks GulfShore-Seacoast way to go with helping your community. Absolutely disgusting!

This is the best bank in Tampa. I have never been charged a overdraft fee always willing to work with you prompt and clear communication and they make you feel like family. Every employee here is A+
