I was disappointed to learn that as a commissioned notary in the State of Florida and in the county of Hillsborough in particular that my official seal and signature would not be honored simply because the owner and staff have never heard of an electronic notary before. In fact I was told by the staff that an electronic notary doesn't make sense.This is something that can be easily looked up with a 30 second google search. They mentioned having notaries on staff yet no one knew what an electronic notary was? Having a handle of the new advents that effect your business are vital.
