Mark Lamlein had incredible customer service. Was dealing with resolving a fraud issue and he made me feel heard, not embarrassed, and was helpful attempting to resolve the issue. A good listener.

Weve been a loyal Truist business customer for years. Recently, over $3000 was fraudulently stolen from a rewards card of ours. The money was never refunded by Truist, and the branch manager here is not responding when we send emails asking for help. Posting this to help others avoid the same problems weve had, and to hopefully get a resolution from Truist.

I came in to do a couple of things in person that I couldn't do on the app, and they were able to help me immediately and answer all of my questions. They also gave me advice based on my personal financial goals and recommended a seminar they're going to hold in that branch next month! I felt very taken care of by this bank and I am so happy for the service they are able to provide.
