Crosswynde Apartments

My GF just moved in here and the first week I visit her I realized every amenity is basically broken and abandoned. First we tried out the gym and wow that was embarrassing, theres no equipment at all and the few things of equipment that are there are very outdated and not sturdy. & Then we went to the pool and it has like 4 chairs in total that are able to be sat on, the other 3 that are there are torn in half. Theres literally people at the pool having to just sit on the tile because there is no where to sit Lol. The umbrellas at the pool are covered in black mold. How does the management here not see all of this? Im no Karen and I dont even live here but maybe if someone writes a review like this yall would consider fixing these things that are important to tenants. Sheesh.

Weve been living here for over a year now. This place is disappointing. The only pros are mainly the landscaping of the land around us & how beautiful it is and even then, there is dog poop everywhere. The amenities are horrible, the gym is super outdated & the pool is nice but there is always trash everywhere & there are almost no chairs to lounge on. Weve been told there would be improvements & renovations of Phase 2 by the owners but nothing has been done. For the amount we pay we definitely think this place can be way better. There is trash all around the complex as well & no one follows the rules of keeping their trash cans inside & putting out only before trash pick up, its an eye sore. Overall onsite staff are nice & attentive but ownership definitely needs to step up & make improvements for the amount they charge!

Omg were can I start at first I thought this was a beautiful an amazing idea for me to move here but after being here 1mth the Nebhor calls the cops on me not only that, it got worse the manager Tim gave me a letter that I will hv to move out even tho I told him of my disable child that suffer from ADHD an more issues I ask for owner info this the only place I know were u cannot get in contact with the owner an Tim stated that only via email I been here only 4mths an people move in an out smh , Also after the manager threatening to put me out he illegally Log me off the residence portal as if I didnt pay my rent for March 01 an I hv proof please explain I dont think the owner know about wats going on at this property ,PLEASE BE AWARE MOVING HERE THE MANAGER TIM AWEFUL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEY RESIDENT PLEASE DONT WASTE UR TIME MOVING HERE ITS ALWAYS DIRTY TRASH ALWAYS OUTSIDE N I BELIEVE TIM IS RACISM AN HE NEVER GAVE ME A THREE STRIKE WARNING ABOUT MY SON AN HE KNOWS HIS CONDITION ITS NOT FAR AN ITS NOT RIGHT TRYING TO PUT ME N MY CHILDREN ON THE STREETS IS AWEFUL N HEARTLESS Oh an run because they owner is racist aswell Im explaining to her she clearly hung up the phone on me BE AWRE THESE PEOPLE ONLY WANT MONEY THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THEY TENANTS

Kamiel is so sweet! Very organized and easy to work with. Tim, property manager knows how to get things done. Maintenance is phenomenal and so quick! They are so caring. EDIT 6/27 When we first moved in the apartment was filthy but the manager got everything straightened out for us. When I mean filthy, there was a rotten banana on top of the kitchen cabinets filthy!! There was ants in the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets as well. It was disgusting. Maintenance has been fantastic with getting stuff done. EDIT-10/22 Just know when you move in this is not a luxurious apartment complex at all, and for the price it needs to be. So much needs to be done and fixed here but they keep pushing back doing updatesyou wonder why!! Also, just remember to budget for an expensive water and electric bill. Water averages-100 dollars for a 2 bedroom 2 bath with 2 people. The owners can definitely do some up keeping with the place/tidy things up a bit and refurbish some things.
