This company is very dirty when handling your leases. Do not sublet from this company. They will treat you like a great tenant and will always let you know how things are going. But when it is time to move out be very wary of getting your security deposit back even though you are a "great tenant" (Debbie's words). They will file a claim against your deposit and then never get back with you on details even though they wrongly filed a false claim against your deposit. Do not let this company give you the 'run around'.
