DO NOT RENT WITH OCH. They might sell your complex and terminate your lease 4 months early then shut the internet off. This is the worst place I've ever rented. There's roaches, the complex is never clean, and the office doesn't do anything; half they time they don't answer phones. I lived at the Summit at Campus Edge, and the management both at the complex and OCH was abhorrent. Avoid this management company, you'll be better off getting roommates and living in a house.

The apartments its self wasnt bad but be careful make sure you have someone older or know about business well that will advocate for you because they will try to make things harder for you or try to get over on you. Make sure you document every conversation you have with them because they can say one thing one time and then they will say they never said it. But as far as the apartments wasnt bad , and also take pictures before you get there of your room so that if there was damages before , you are not responsible

This company is the worst company you could ever deal with. Management is terrible and a lot of the houses aren't finished. Our house was never finished and they even delayed our move in for months. They are extremely unprofessional and try to get over on tenants knowing that were college students. I never gotten all of my furniture such as a desk that was promised and they did not finish putting our furniture together, instead they stuffed the rest of it in the storage closet. They said we were going to have brand new appliances but brung us a really old washer and dryers. Overall dont waste your money!!

I have been trying to resolve a issue with upgrades sine the summer..I finally received a credit I hopr my son gwts his furniture before Tue lease expires!
