All the Frog Realty signs around the properties I needed to sell said "SOLD!" I called Garret, took his advice on the pricing and both properties sold and closed within 6 weeks.

No one was in the office !
When I called inquiring about a property for sale, I was told the "realtor who has that property will call me back. We'll least to say it's been 2 weeks and no one called back.
This was a disappointment because I was ready to make an offer on the property! The way the market is today, I would expect Realtors to be more prompt with respond to interested buyers.
