Had a ac unit with a all new duct work installed almost 2 years ago.  To be honest we've had some issues with our unit just after a few months of install.  From motor problems, drainage, fan motors etc.   However, these are part issues pretty much out of the hands of the company. Yes, I can honestly say I was getting very frustrated with what seemed to be every 4 months a problem would arise.That being said going through Covid at the time a new grandson in the house and a very hot summer Smothers brothers always had someone here within hours to fix the problems. If the office was closed I would leave a message to be returned within a hour. I've pretty much worked  with Allen and Joseph coming to the house as usual they were always professional, Courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.  I have to give a big shout out to all the ladies who have answered all the calls.  All of them where understanding, polite and very helpful getting my messages out. Thank you!! It's hard to deal with hot and cranky people! Once again thank you! Glad I invested in a warranty which for sure helps.  Overall customers service here is top notch!  When parts stink and go not on them.  Seems to be the case. Brand new washer went in 6 months once again parts :/Thank you Allan hopefully I won't see you soon lol!
