    They represented they installed a Trane system. That turned out to be not true. In less than 6 months the core was leaking and had to be replaced. This matter became particularly irritating when they tried to charge me a $250 "servicing fee". Then I discovered they had forgot to put the heat strip in. Later, when I used the heat, I discover they used a strip that was half of what was needed for the job (5 vs 10 amp). To top it all off, every time they left a filthy mess everywhere they ventured in my home. Service: Install AC

    Hired this company to installed 2 A/Cs and all dock work for new construction. Paid the owner Andrew Watters a deposit for each property 8 months prior for installation. He didnt have all of the material to finish the dock work for one house and was scrabbling to get material for the second property. Why??? The deposit was given to him months prior and he knew the progress of the construction. He had all kind of excuses, he was unreliable, made me waste time and I had to fire him and hired 1st Florida Climate. Andrew Watters is a Dishonest company owner and he didnt refunded me all the money he was supposed to. Do Yourself a Favor. Find another company. Service: Install AC

    I've had an Amana AC unit installed by Safari approx. 5 years ago. The unit came with 10yrs parts and labor which seemed like a great deal at the time. The service I've received from Safari has been terrible and I've had to stop using them for annual maintenance (they once sent me a renewal bill for "next year" without completing the two services/year I had already purchased). You will also need to schedule your own maintenance because they don't track that effectively. About 2 years in, I was introduced two their diagnostic fees despite having full-service pro-active maintenance. The problem is they never provide a correct diagnosis. I have had a "can't find thermostat" error at least a dozen times and most recently the diagnosis by Safari was "I'm not sure but I changed some wires and it suddenly worked". Please note this is not a single instance but a perpetual occurrence with Safari. They once diagnosed "bad copper return lines" and wanted to charge me ~$1000 to replace and refill coolant (coolant is not covered). I suggested maybe the coil had a leak and should be replaced as part of the warrantee. We tested (aka diagnosed) and after a week found multiple leaks in the coil (Tip: don't buy a system with aluminum coils as they don't hold up well to temp changes). I was credited the diagnostic fee and they did replace after an extended conversation. A couple of months ago I asked for a quote to get a replacement electrostatic filter. They were certainly able charge my credit card that day, but it took 2 months for me to get a delivery (I actually had to call them and they said they didn't know what happened). Granted there was a hurricane, but Safari committed to a 7-10 day delivery date on the original purchase. Unfortunately, what I received was not what I requested, and the product was shoved in something resembling a shoe box and not commercially packaged. I ask for a refund/return and they refused. Credit card company is now sorting this fraud/disputed charge out. Here's a look into the future if you are considering any type of business with Safari - Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.     Safari was supposed to maintain my system which was only 4 yrs old. Sold a variety of devices, still had problems. Inside of air handler all rusted out, moldy. Gave a $1400 deposit for repair , plus $289 for maintaince plan. When cancelled deposit had to contact several times to get my$1400 back. Refused to refund any of unused non maintenance plan.
