The Vent Doctor - Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning

Thank you so much for coming out to clean our dryer vent! This company was great to work with, they responded to my messages in a timely manner and even met my request of letting me know when they were on the way. Professional, knowledgeable, personable! Spoke to Scott on the phone and felt very comfortable hiring them to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. Wyatt called before he arrived, very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and ambitious young man. Took his time and did the job right. We were very impressed with Wyatt and Scott. This is the second time I used the vent doctor. Both times Wyatt came and did the work. Hopefully his Daddy is proud of him. He is always on time and a good representative for this business. The job was done superbly and my house smells fresh and clean. I'll use them again in a few years.

Really great experience on the phone making the appointment. Then it went downhill from there. The worker(s) didn't show up on the appointed day and time. After 30 minutes of waiting, I phoned and talked to the owner. He said that he had been forced to leave town for a family emergency, so please call his worker. I got the number, phoned the worker. No answer. I left a voicemail and knew it was to the correct person, as he mentioned that he was with the Vent Doctor and please leave a message. Crickets. Call back! Even if it's the next day. Not communicating is rude and unprofessional. Then again, it's Charlotte County, and the majority of service workers and contractors must be wealthy and not need any more work, because they either don't show up or don't do good work. Just don't. Don't call the Vent Doctor.
