Fletch did not work. I wasted 3hrs. I loaded the picture and more pictures needed. Why not ask for separate pictures upfront to ensure expeditious process (4 pictures - headshot, drivers license (front/back) and insurance card). Fetch could not get the door to open. I ended up going to another rental service. Also, I had never heard of this service. Explanation of what fletch is should be at the beginning of the reservation process so I can make an informed decision if I want to use it.

Truly an awful experience. I am not one to write negative reviews but this experience was so horrendous I feel it needs to be documented.
Firstly, I was sent to the wrong double tree. I spent the first hour of my rental looking for the truck, talking to the hotel staff and calling different departments that couldnt help. Finally I got a hold of Sara(h) I believe and she was able to get me to the right address. When I arrived the truck was already unlocked AND the key was in the UNLOCKED lockbox. ANYONE could have driven off with this truck. The truck was also in terrible condition! It was covered with HUGE dents and part of the back was being held on with duct tape. Then upon turning on the truck the low tire pressure light was on and no one would answer when I called to notify someone.
Moving is a stressful time in and of itself, so trying to partner with a company that has no idea whats going on and encountering as many issues as I did is truly unacceptable. I hope that this review reaches people who do not want to deal with added stress during their move and they are able to make a better decision than I did.
