If zero stars was an option. Really wish I read the reviews first. Incredibly rude and unaccommodating staff. Tried returning my truck yesterday. Couldnt even get on property. All the side lots by the loading docks were blocked, and the equipment return line was all the way to the road, about 4 trucks deep, preventing me from even being able to get in. I tried accessing the storage unit, I had checked in online and received the code and unit number over text. The system kept saying denied not checked in. So unfortunately, I had to go inside. There was only like 3 guests in there, but I waited over 15 minutes and no progress. I then learned that we cant utilize the loading docks anyway so I would have to use that small exterior staircase to unload the truck. Nah. That doesnt work for me. I left and had to find another storage unit somewhere else. And now I have to make an additional trip to return the truck this morning because no one could assist me yesterday. They better comp me the extra miles.

After picking up a car carrier from another Uhaul location and having no direction on how to secure the car safely, I pulled in to this service center. Andrew and Shawn helped adjust and secure the car so I was able to make the 1,000 mile trip. Thank you!! You Saved the Day!!

All the people I came in contact with and especially the worker who assisted me she was absolutely amazing during a very stressful time for my family and I cannot be more thankful to her for everything. I came in need to basically leave town within 24 hours of Christmas due to a family emergency and they she did everything in her power to get me setup to leave within my schedule. Thank you so much again to the whole staff who worked together wonderfully.

Best place I have ever rented a uhaul from. I will not go anywhere else from now. The assistant manager was amazing. She went above and beyond her job to help me. She was literally a blessing. Would recommend this place over any other.
