I'm not surprised Quest was bad a year ago and continue to disappoint. My scooter had the battery indicator broken off the tiller to then be glued back on and the repair was called weather proof of panel. The glue was still wet when I pulled on the key the whole panel came loose. Scooter in shop for battery replacement.

STAY AWAY, THEY' RE TERRIBLE !!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY BY PRICE JACKING AS SOON AS THEY WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. THEY ONLY COMPLETE 75% OF THEIR WORK, LEAVE ITEMS HANGING LOOSE ON THE WALL. AND TO SUM THEM UP, ARE RUDE IF YOU CALL BACK WANTING A COMPLETE JOB - WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THINK ABOUT IT THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPANIES OUT THERE WITH 5 STAR RATINGS . THIS COMPANY IS'NT ONE OF THEM !!! I AM A SHRINER WITH " SHRINERS HOSPITALS FOR CHILDREN. " I KNOW THE HANDICAP AND HOW THEY SHOULD BE TREATED AND RESPECTED. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT !!!

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I initially called this company to replace a strap and remote on my Hoyer lift. I’ve had this replacement done numerous times before with different companies. Upon arrival the technicians started working on the replacement. After a couple hours, my husband had to step in and help them after they did not know what to do. After they could not replace the strap and remote properly they had to send the lift to the manufacturer. No problem, they’re the professionals and they insisted that there were other problems with the lifter that only the manufacturer could repair. Although I was frustrated since my lifter was working perfectly fine just needed those two parts to be replaced I understood and was hopeful. After a month of waiting they finally reinstalled the lifter. I need this lifter everyday to bath my brother so it was a tremendous disappointment that this simple fix turned into such a dilemma. Once the technicians came back to reinstall the lifter the strap and remote started to work properly. To my surprise, after they left I noticed the lifter was installed backwards so the remote and lifter movement don’t match up. On top of that the lifter is not rotating and moving on the track properly. It constantly stops on the tracks! Ironically, this was NOT the issue prior to their “repairâ€. I spent over a thousand dollars to still have a broken lifter. I was debating on calling again to have it “fixed once again†but honestly the company is not worth the stress and I’m pretty sure the technicians don’t even know how to repair the issue THEY caused anyway. I typically don’t ever write negative reviews but I was completely disappointed on the professionalism and knowledge these technicians had. I will never go to this company again. I suggest you don’t either, save yourself the headache. I will be calling another company now to fix the issues they caused.
