    Great service and friendly staff! We were on Vacation in Orlando when a component of my childs medical equipment malfunctioned, leaving him at risk to be unable to feed. Our DME in our home state could not help us The team at childrens home medical equipment had the equipment we needed, and made sure it was delivered to our hotel on time.

    I have been receiving services from the Childrens First company for 7 years and the truth is that I cannot complain at all. As a mother of a special child, I can assure you that nothing is better than finding a place that meets everything you need. Where perhaps the waiting time during the call may be a little tense, I want you to know that every minute waiting is worth it since they have a super-trained team to answer each of your doubts and/or questions. The flexibility of being able to adapt to your schedule, the way in which they are in the best position to help you and give their best as if we were part of them is one more example that they should take into consideration making children first. your first choice for medical supplies and/or PPEC care. The service is spectacular and the treatment provided by the wow staff is super indescribable. Some of the people whose names I remember on calls because their service has really impressed me are: Maria, Kiara, Melissa and Margarita. But if you read what I wrote at the beginning, it is that I have been calling and receiving the same service from the same person Ana Rodriguez for 7 years. If you have not had the opportunity to contact her you should do so. If I had the option to give 10 stars, I would recommend them without hesitation. Although it should be noted that every time I visit the hospital, have a medical appointment or see mothers with special children, I ask them what their medical supply company is and tell them to contact them. I have told them about many of my experiences with them and they cannot believe how quickly they can solve you as long as it is within their reach. One time my baby's feeding machine stopped working at dawn and I called the on call and it wasn't 1 hour before my child got his machine change. Also one day I was doing errands and the machine ran out of battery and wow my experiences have been super positive. If I continue, I wouldn't finish this review. Ana Rodriguez and Maria (I don't know her last name) but if you ever read this I want to thank you so much. You are angels sent from heaven to take care of all of us who need you. As I always say on the call. The world needs a thousand clones of you. Blessings.

    I have been recieving pediatric peptide 1.0 formula from them for over 3 years now. The first 2.5 years were great for me, they tried to help me In many ways. Now about 4 months ago, I have had nothing but issues with getting my sons formula and if I don't call to stay on top of them to send my sons formula, we will not get our formula at all. Even after the staff reassuring me that everything has been done and it will b sent out. This month for example, I've had to call them 3 times before they would send his formula out which took an extra 5 days to get his formula so that would be at least 3 days without formula for my son if I didn't take it upon myself to pay almost $100 for 3 days of formula that his insurance completely pays for due to their negligence. I really hope something changes soon....

    If I could give zeo stars, I woud. This is the worst company to work for and even worse DME company to trust helping children. They do not care about the well being of children. All they do is make fun of parents or guardians who call in to place their child's supplies and formula. Their call center for medical supplies and formula are unorganzied , unprofessional and careless. They spend more time waiting in line to talk to the manager to make fun of the parents for complaning then actually staying at their desks to help them and get resolutions to assure there are no issues in the future with their orders. You know its bad when they actually have to have an incentive for a REP who can get a Customer give a good review online to say something good about the company. Parent BEWARE and get you a new DME company if you can.
