This long time Orlando standby, known for its beautiful grounds and outdoor areas, never disappoints.
What this large property lacks in intimacy, it makes up for in other ways, including wonderful staff both at check in and throughout your stay.
Rooms are pretty basic Hyatt interiors, and feature a seriously tiny referigerator and a "pod" coffee maker.
Don't be shocked by the ridiculous "resort fee" which is basically a completely dishonest way of increasing your bill.
If you can just get over the deception, you will hopefully enjoy your stay.

Super friendly staff, clean and so much to offer we didn't have time to do everything. We will be back for sure.

If you want to feel like you're staying in a Russian apartment block boy have I found the place for you. Zero character in the hotel or the employees. Rude and completely inhospitable. The pools sure photograph well but are completely unkempt and disgusting. I felt dirty just being at the pool never mind swimming in it. Hot tub was full of mold and stains. Just gross gross gross. Literally go anywhere in Orlando and you'll have a better time left after the first night.
