Orlando International Drive North Hotel

The hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the staff is super friendly and helpful, I came to this hotel based on recommendations from friends who always choose it every time they travel to Orlando, for the low price and very good quality of service, 5 minutes from Universal Parks, Adventure Island and Volcano Bay, also 8 minutes from the largest mall in Orlando. I will return to this place every time I visit Orlando

We were wonderfully attended to at the reception by Laura (Brazilian), and by the manager Sylvia, who went out of her way to give us tips on places to visit, and also to help us with our luggage, as well as, of course, being very friendly! And I couldn't help but thank and congratulate the cleaning girls in general, but in particular Housekee and Yosmary, who were essential in helping us when requested! The hotel has a great location, close to everything, quiet. The only point that perhaps should be given more attention would be the beds, which are already very soft, and the breakfast, which should offer at least 1 type of protein. But otherwise, we were very well taken care of by the people working at reception and cleaning.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life, the treatment of the reception staff is infamous and inhumane, not even the rats are treated like that, flee from this den that calls itself a hotel

This place is a dump. The main lobby is not too bad and we thought it may end up being half way decent. But then we opened our room a blast of the smell of mold. We were headed to the park so we just unpacked quickly and decided to walk to Universal. The front desk told us it was a 10 minute walk. It was 1.52 miles to the enterance so I guess they walk a little faster than us. The pictures tell the rest on what we came back to. The beds looked to be decades old broken down springs. The skirting was bleached, and stained, and the headboards had visible mold. the sheets had visible stains that were "off red" so you can take a guess what that may have been. And there was hair. Actually hair on the bed sheets. I honestly do not think they were washed. They just made up the bed from the previous victim/guests. See attached pics for proof. The breakfast was basic but better than nothing. Coffee, juice, breads, very crowded waffle maker, bananas. This place could be soo much better with some basic updates and better cleaning. Renovate your rooms instead of building a pond deck! One and done for me. Never again.
