I want to start by saying Im a Hilton Honors member and have been for 20+ years. I have stayed at this hotel previously and never had an issue. This time me and my wife met another couple and stayed only for 1 night as we were leaving early in the AM for Jupiter FL for an appointment. In our rush we left cloths in the closet. Our fault, Value around $600. We called a few hours later and spoke to the lady in lost and found, she said when housekeeping is finished we will be contacted back. No call back, surprise! We called again the next day and we were told lost and found should have our items. We spoke with another manager, lost and found, and our clothes were never turned in. I was told ( what would you like me to do) by a manager LOL really, great customer service, maybe find our stuff do an investigation, find out who steals customers belongings!!! I have tried to reach out to corporate and was told the hotel handles these issues. Im in operations and this was an absolute travesty how this was handled.
The bottom line housekeeping or security stole our stuff and we were out any compensation, a call back, or even a real apology. I will never stay at this property again. Beware!!! and dont leave anything unattended or behind. They have thieves at this hotel.
Update, the response to my review was the first time we have heard from this hotel. Again no direct call or response to me or my wifes calls.

Do not do the tour here for a timeshare. They tell you that you are not obligated then force you to fill all of your information and berate you when you dont purchase. Promise basic vacations and have to pay to upgrade. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Location : 1/5 More
