Great experience ! From very first contact Vanessa was friendly and helpful. Amanda ,dental assistant, was caring and thorough. Dr Arenz was warm , put me at ease, and let me know what needs to be done to get back on track for my dental health. The experience in the dental chair was the best ever. I highly recommend Dr. Arenz!

Wow so mad right now! Went in to she him and was refereed out to a specialist to have a root canal I was given a choice for an extraction or RC.I was given Amoxicillin 500 and pain killers for it. Amoxicillin didn't work so I called to let them know 3 days later and to get something g else because the pain was getting much worse and I was told by Tammy that Dr Arnez wasn't in and she couldn't get a hold of him but told me if she talked to him she would let him know ,But he was off and din't think she would but would let me know!? Well I thought I wanted a RC so I called back the next day to get info (xrays etc ) sent to new doctor once again Tammy answered and told me she would try to get to it but that it normally takes at least 2 days! I explained I had an appointment with a different specialist than what they refereed me to on Monday morning and this was on Thursday so I want'ed to make sure they got it in time. She was very rude and told me she would do her best to get it over to them .I asked for her supervisor and was told no one was there! I asked about the medicine and was told she had not spoken to him at all but that she would let me know but wanted to know why I was upset! I explained I was in a lot of pain that the med's were not working and she actually asked if I was taking them! I explained that yes I was but they were not working ! She had no response.I never heard back from her at all. So today I went to specialist and he tells me it's not worth saving so I call to make appointment with Dr Arnez to have it pulled and am told he won't do it wants me to see another specialist for it too! And gave no explanation as to why !Now this is after he just pulled my husbands tooth (same one other side of mouth)but won't pull mine and will only give me the same antibiotic that isn't working! I don't get it. But now I understand why Tammy was complaining when we went in about him and the office staff saying they were wanting to get rid of her since the two offices merged and that the Dr. wouldn't stand up for her at all! Just a heads up if you go to a doctor and the staff at the desk is complaining about the Dr and other staff run for the door you don't want to go there! This is after our family has been going here for over 10 years ! I don't know what is up with the Dr but we now have to find someone else and now I'm in more pain than before I started one week later .

I had a very bad experience...I would NEVER go back. Just do not trust this dentist. I do not believe all the positive reviews.
