    I had my teeth cleaned today. And as usual, everyone was pleasant and helpful and gentle. I've been going to Dr Weston for maybe 10 yrs. I trust him. I've never had a bad experience. I would recommend him to friends. In fact I have recommended him. And a friend recommended him to me.

    Horrible dentist! He treated a very poorly treated root canal in my husband, which caused a huge infection, and had to be seen by another dentist who did the job right! And I went there to be treated, as I was feeling sensitivity in one tooth, he didn't take an x-ray to examine it, and said that my teeth were great, and that I should use toothpaste against sensitivity, only to discover that I had a huge cavity. which resulted in a channel! I don't recommend it! I thought you acted unfairly towards my husband and me. Answer: Firstly, my husband has never completely stopped feeling pain since he had the root canal, we moved to Texas and saw other dentists, and I have the x-ray of the root canal treated by you and the other dentist who retracted the root canal, who has since My husband no longer feels any pain! And my gynecologist allowed me to take the x-ray even when I was pregnant, as I was in the second trimester, which is the safest for pregnant women to take the x-ray. As soon as I had my baby and we moved to Texas I went to the dentist again. Anyway. Anyway, it's gone! It doesn't make any difference now. I just want to leave my review that I was not satisfied with the service! You may be an excellent dentist, but I was not satisfied with your service. Thankful.

Im a bit puzzled by this review. I did a root canal on your husband 4 years ago. The procedure went well and your husband went away happy. I have not heard a word from either of you since until I saw this review 4 years later. There is no way the endodontic procedure was done in a horrible way. I take great pride in my work. Unfortunately not 100% of all the root canals I do work all the time, and I've done thousands of them over the last 36 years. It rare but sometimes happens one will require a retreat. That's true for any endodontic procedure done by any dentist. So I don't feel it's fair to call me a "horrible dentist". Had your husband returned to my office I would have done the retreat free of charge. That is my policy for all the root canals I do. As far as the issue you had, you have to remember at the time you presented with cold sensitivity you were also in your first trimester of being pregnant. I did a visual exam only because I really do not like to expose a developing infant to X-ray radiation in the first trimester for obvious reasons. I did advise for you to return for a cleaning and also to return for a complete exam with X-rays after you went to term with your child. Unfortunately you did not return for either. So we missed it. Some cavities you cant see visually. That is the whole reason we take X-rays. Under the circumstances I feel justified in not taking an X-ray at the time. All of which was explained at the time and you were in agreement. You not following up on my recommendations for a cleaning and a full exam with X-rays is out of my control. I would also like to know how long you waited before seeing another dentist. So I sorry you feel the way you do. Im sorry your husband required a retreat, and Im sorry we missed a cavity. However I really don't feel I deserve to be labeled a horrible dentist in your review and I would like to know how you feel I treated you and your husband unfairly.
